Manao Ahoana e!

Welcome to my website. You can call me Rija. A little about my journey: learning to know oneself better. It's often said that "law studies lead to everything... provided you leave them!" One day, I decided to leave it all behind to embark on a career in tourism, an activity I've never truly abandoned. Originally from Morondava, in southwestern Madagascar, a region inextricably linked to the Vezo people, with its troglodyte dwellings and baobab trees... it's no surprise! A regional and then provincial guide, I am now a state-certified independent national guide. I also have extensive experience collaborating with numerous tour operators.

Madagascar is a country where what you learn is as captivating as what you see. During a bivouac in a setting reminiscent of the dawn of creation, I will have the pleasure of sharing our ancestral legends and customs with you… not to mention preparing a delicious Malagasy meal. For it is life that has instilled in me this passion for cooking, just as it has made me a skilled massage therapist specializing in acupressure, reflexology, and relaxation techniques.

"After 15 years, I still look at Madagascar with the eyes of a child discovering a treasure. My mission is to lend you that perspective."
